One of the first and major changes in Android 4.3 - is a continuation of the optimization of the interface. This work was begun in Android 4.1, and now refers to the following modules of the system, obtaining improvements: timing, triple buffering, increasing the responsiveness of the touch interface, the acceleration response of the processor to enter and hardware acceleration of 2D-rendering. Now the hardware acceleration of 2D-graphics optimizes instruction stream for drawing different elements, translating them into a more efficient format for graphic chip. In fact, it goes redistribution of their priority, integration in common groups for non constant GPU’s switching between tasks of different multiplicity.
However, the work with the display of interface can now be shared between the cores of multi-core processor. They have also worked over the output of smoother shapes and text. Google developers have also worked on acceleration of the work of the buffer windows. In fact if the application can not load faster, it will display faster. The developers have also improved Bluetooth. But, not the standard itself, of course, they added support for Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth LE, previously known as Wibree) - a set of special API, allowing to work with the GATT- services (Generic Attribute Profile). GATT- server starts on a smart phone or tablet, and then it is able to read or send features to different devices such as watches, pedometer, joysticks, remote controls and so on. Now Android 4.3 supports profile Bluetooth AVRCP 1.3 - this feature may broadcast not only an audio stream via Bluetooth to other compatible devices, but also concomitant data about artist, album, duration, and so on. The platform has been presented in Android 4.2 for it’s work, but now all the devices that support the profiles A2DP/AVRCP will be able to run with AVRCP 1.3
